You don't have to clomp around like Frankenstein in stiff ski boots anymore. The MC2 and ML2 (for men and women, respectively) have a soft, comfortable inner boot that's more akin to a standard winter shoe. You'll have no problem wearing them around the lodge. When it's time to hit the slopes, just buckle them into the boot frame, which is compatible with standard ski bindings.
